Ale -- golden drink with a frothy head ....kept in large cask with a tap in the servery against the chilling pit's walls to keep it cold....typically served chilled in a tankard of metal or clay.
Bazi Tea -- green leaves ...kept in chest above the counter in the servery ....typically served hot (add boiling water to three tea leaves) in cups, larger pottery mugs or Bazi tea glasses (three at a time and heavily sugared) **Bazi Tea Serving Ritual **
Blackwine --made from beans imported from Earth,
the beans are kept in a large chest on the counter.... it is hand ground
fresh in grinder....made in large kettles over the cooking
fires..typically served hot in heavy mugs with bosk
cream (fresh or powdered) and sugar
Breeding Wine--a pleasant tasting combination of herbs and chemicals that reverse the powerful long lasting effects of slave wine the Gorean contraceptive. Kept in the locked med cabinet in the Healers cabing.
Chocolate-- powdered and solid chocolate is kept in a locked chest on the servery table and shaved or powdered chocolate is added to hot milk to make chocolate...typically served in a cup or a bowl
Cho-- a mix half and half of paga and Blackwine topped with whipped bosk cream, shavings of chocolate sprinkled on top...typically served in a heavy mug....
Herbal Tea or Medicinal Tea -- various varieties prepared by Tribal Medicine Healers the prepared herbs are measured and in a twist of silk are dropped into boiling water and steeped....stored in med supplies, servery, and every med basket....typically served in a mug..
Ice - stored in chilling chests in large
chunks that are insulated with straw and
kept in a pit, within the cold room of the Inn...harvested
every month from the Mountian peaks
Kalana --a red alcoholic drink this wine is fermented from the fruit of the Kalana Tree....there is no reference to it being white....it is stored in large casks which are stored in the chillery pits chests or on fireside warming racks.
Mulled Kalana--add spices to heated wine...typically served in bowl or tankard. Take red kalana (warm) and spices from the box in the servery.
Kalda-- mix half and half of hot kalana and citrus juices with spices and bits of fruit to garnish it...typically served in large pot or goblet.
Mead-- thick golden drink made from fermented honey water and spices imported from the north Torvordlanders....stored in casks in servery....typically served in drinking horn or tankard.
Milk--creamy white liquid from bosk or verr...milked twice daily and stored in pitchers in chillery pit or made into cheese and butter...typically served in flagons or cup
Fermented Milk--thick curds of fermented milk and alcoholic ...stored in botas....typically served in botas..
Paga - Sa Paga--golden alcoholic liquid brewed from sa~tarna grain and described as hot and firey....stored in casks in servery and chillery pit and warming kettles at fireside...typically served in bota, or bowl
Paga - Sul~Paga-- clear potently alcoholic liquid distilled from suls...stored in casks in servery or chillery pit...typically served in bowl, bota or goblet
Palm Wine--sweet wine from the Palms of the Tahari Oasis ...stored in bottles in servery crates and chillery pit or chests ...typically served in goblets
Rence Beer --golden brew.....steeped, boiled
and fermented from the crushed seeds and the whitish pith of the Rence
plant...stored against the chillery pit wall to cool...typically served
in

Slave Wine--black bitter brew from the sip root and used as a long lasting Gorean contraception..will last at least a year if not longer...kept in the servery Med cabinet
Ta Wine--light wine from the Cosian Ta grapes....stored in bottles in crates in servery and chillery pits, Typically served in a goblet..
Turian Liqueurs--distilled or brewed wines flavored

pits and under servery counter. Typically served in
tiny colored glasses/goblets/decorated clay cups.

Water--fetched each day from the indoor springs at the Inn...stored in casks in servery and chillery pits, each cabin and plentiful within the Inn
